365pg Terms and Conditions — Rules and User Rights

When creating an account on the platform 365pg, access any available product, or carry out any financial transaction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you should not create an account or use the services of 365pg.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the user) and 365pg and govern the use of all services offered by the platform, including Sports Betting, live casino, slots, poker, roulette, crash games, and e-sports. To create an account on 365pg and use any service on the platform, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be an individual resident in Brazil with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list for gaming or betting platforms.
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of an employee of 365pg or any partner company involved in the operation of the platform.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration, including full name, CPF, date of birth, address, and a valid email address.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts in Brazil under the terms of the Brazilian Civil Code.

The 365pg may request proof of any information provided at registration at any time. Submitting false information constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and withholding of balances pending investigation.

Each CPF entitles the holder to exactly one active account on the 365pg. Opening multiple accounts under the same holder — whether using the same CPF or different documents — is considered fraud and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any available balances.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. 365pg 365pg strongly recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in account settings. Any activity carried out using a user's credentials is the sole responsibility of that user, except where there is verified evidence of unauthorized access that has been duly reported to the platform.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 365pg's 24/7 support immediately 365pg via live chat.
• The 365pg never asks for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Never share your credentials with third parties.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a maintenance fee of R$ 10.00 per month, as communicated in advance to the account holder.
• Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through support, with a full refund of the available balance via Pix within up to 5 business days.

The 365pg accepts payments exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$) through the following official methods:

Withdrawals at 365pg are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's CPF. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00, and there is no daily maximum for accounts with completed identity verification (KYC). Processing time is up to 10 minutes after the request under normal operating conditions.

Third-party deposits are not accepted. The withdrawal method must belong to the same holder of the CPF registered on the account with 365pg. Withdrawal attempts to third-party accounts will result in the transaction being blocked and an internal investigation being opened.

All bonuses and promotions at 365pg are subject to the specific conditions described in each offer, which must be read in full before acceptance. By accepting any bonus, the user agrees to the terms of that specific promotion. The general provisions below apply to all platform promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer.

• Welcome bonus: available to new users only, once per CPF, on the first qualifying deposit of R$ 20.00 or more. 30x rollover on the bonus amount. 30-day period to meet the rollover requirement.
• Weekly cashback: calculated on net losses from Monday through Sunday. Credited as main balance every Monday at 12:00 PM, with no rollover. Percentage ranges from 5% to 20% based on the user's VIP level.
• Reload bonus: available every Sunday for qualifying deposits. 35x rollover. Maximum of one activation per account per week.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no monetary value until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• The 365pg reserves the right to cancel promotions if abuse, use of multiple accounts, or any practice that violates these Terms is suspected.
• Cancelled bets, bets with odds below 1.50, or bets flagged as rollover abuse do not count toward the wagering requirement of any bonus.

Sports Betting at 365pg are governed by the general betting rules and by the specific rules for each sport, all of which are available at all times in the platform's help section. The key provisions are:

• Bets are binding once confirmed by the system and cannot be cancelled by the user after confirmation, unless the cash out feature is available for that specific bet.
• Odds errors caused by a technical fault — such as odds clearly outside the market range — may be voided by 365pg with a full refund of the wagered amount, with no payout based on the incorrect odds.
• Matches cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours will have all pre-match bets voided and the full staked amount returned to the user's balance.
• In live betting, the natural broadcast delay is the user's responsibility. The 365pg may suspend live markets at any time during a match without prior notice.
• Multi-bets are allowed with up to 20 selections per slip. Selections from the same match in correlated markets cannot be combined on the same accumulator slip.
• The official outcome of a bet is determined by the official rules of the relevant competition — Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, UFC, CBLOL, IEM, and all other tournaments covered by 365pg.

The casino games, slots, crash games, poker, and roulette available at 365pg are provided by internationally certified suppliers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and others — and operate with a random number generator (RNG) audited by independent laboratories.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity under Brazilian law — in particular Law No. 9,613/1998 and COAF regulations.
• Placing bets in collusion with other users, referees, athletes, or any person with privileged information about the outcome of sporting events.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorized software to access or interact with the platform of 365pg.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or system flaws to gain an unfair advantage.

The 365pg may suspend or close a user's account in the following situations, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the case:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or use of the platform for unlawful financial activity under Brazilian law.
• Use of multiple accounts or systematic abuse of bonuses and promotions.
• Request by the user to permanently close the account.
• A regulatory or judicial decision requiring the closure of the account.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, the available balance (excluding bonuses and winnings derived from fraudulent activity) will be refunded via Pix to the account holder's CPF upon completion of the internal investigation, within a timeframe to be communicated on a case-by-case basis. The 365pg commits to processing the refund within 30 days of the conclusion of the investigation, once the balance has been confirmed as legitimate.

The 365pg may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect regulatory, product, or internal policy changes. All relevant updates will be communicated to users via:

Should any clause of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and shall be interpreted in a way that best preserves the original intent of the document.
